This workshop is for anyone that wants to improve their defending skills, learn new techniques. Taking place at Bournside School on Wednesday 25th May 7pm - 8:30pm

WORKSHOP SUMMARY
Here we will learn how to make decisions on how, where and when to force errors, achieve turnovers. Practise and develop interception skills, including marking the shooters in the D. This is suitable to all positions, since defending is required throughout the court and essential for the team to win ball.
