WHAT IS BACK TO NETBALL?
Back to Netball is a fun and friendly re-introduction to the sport. Whether you’re returning after years away or trying it for the first time, it’s a great way to get moving, have fun, and reconnect with the game. Hundreds of people have rediscovered their love for netball through these sessions — and the benefits go far beyond the court!

WHO IS IT FOR?
Absolutely everyone! Back to Netball is open to players of all ages and abilities:

- Haven’t played since school? Perfect!
- Want to improve your fitness in a relaxed, social setting? You’ll fit right in.
- Looking to meet new people while staying active? This is for you.

Led by Coach Char, each session is:

~ Fun and welcoming
~ A gentle introduction (or re-introduction) to the sport
~ Focused on going back to basics, rekindling old skills, and developing new ones
~ Covering rules, positions, footwork, passing, and many other netball-specific skills!

8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th January + 19th and 26th February 2026.

£42 for all 6 sessions
